1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and whisk well to blend. (Will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.)
