BEET RELISH

2 #303 (1 lb) can whole beets

1/2 cup vinegar ( I used 1/3 cup white vinegar. I think 1/2 cup makes it too watery. Sorry Grandma V!)
1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 bottle horseradish

Grate beets. Drain. Mix with vinegar, sugar, salt and horseradish.

Sample as you go along for sweetness and to see if it’s strong enough.
