The chicken was a touch dry, but I think that was because we used skinless chicken. It took a while to make (an hour and a half in the oven) but it was well worth the wait. A loaf of Italian bread cut into thick slices, brushed with the garlicky oil from the pan then toasted under the broiler and topped with shredded parmesan cheese.
For dessert we had cupcakes.
