I made up this recipe today because I was bored.


  1. Unroll a package of Pillsbury Cornbread Breadsticks onto a clean surface. Preferably a glass counter saver so they won’t stick. Place two sticks side by side and seal the perforations.

2. Mix some drained canned corn with some chopped jalapenos. I used canned jalapenos, chopped and drained. Spread some soft cream cheese on breadsticks and then spoon some of the corn mixture on each one. Gently press into cheese so the corn will stick.

3. Roll each one up and place on cookie sheet sprayed lightly with Pam. Bake in preheated 375° oven for about 10-14 minutes.

Let cool. Eat with ribs and cole slaw and then take a nap.
