Gettin Veggie Wid It

Feast your eyes.

I’ve created this lucious little spread using up leftovers out of the fridge.

Spread on bread, crackers, bagels, tortillas or english muffins..the possibilities are endless, and boy howdy..that’s good!

For the meat lovers, add sliced pepperoni on top.

 CREAMY VEGGIE SPREAD

1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened

12 squeeze packets of mayo=2/3 cup

chopped veggies:

broccoli

carrots

red onion

red pepper

black olives

Whatever veggies you have lurking in the fridge will work. Hmm…I forgot cucumber.

a dribble of fresh lemon juice—(using it up from when i made the lemon blueberry bread)

Spices–all eyeballed and to taste:

garlic powder

dill weed

lemon pepper

Combine all and refrigerate..overnite is best.
