Cuban Tom

This should be called Cuban Pete, but I forgot to put the ham on it so I’ll call it Cuban Tom. It knocks Florida off my list in my quest of trying all of the State Sandwiches on the Sandwich Board.

I used a Rotella Brat Bun

Dijon Mustard spread on both sides of bun

Hickory Smoked Turkey

Pepperjack Cheese

Sliced Pickles

Place on George Foreman Grill to toast. I didn’t butter the outside of the bread and it was GREAT! It stayed on the grill and didn’t slide all over as it would had I buttered it  or eh…, Land O Lakes Canola Buttered it.

    Scott and I made the Kansas Portobello Parmesan over the weekend and it was GREAT! I will send pictures when I get home from work.
