Everyone has their own theory as to how to make the best egg salad.
Meagan likes to use Marzetti’s Cole Slaw dressing as the main ingredient in hers. The Rhode Islanders have their recipe too. Even though, I didn’t use their recipes, I’m crossing it off my visited sandwiches on the Sandwich Board and posting my own blend:
hard boiled eggs
scant whisper of Dijon mustard ( for that deviled egg appeal)
