This ice cream is made entirely of bananas, NOTHING ELSE. Slice one or two bananas and lay them out on a plate. Cover with wax paper and freeze. Put in food processor and grind up. At first, it looks like sandy gravel but keep going, it smooths out to make ICE CREAM.
I added caramel sauce on top of mine otherwise I’d just be eating a banana.
2 Weight Watchers point per medium banana can make a rather interesting banana split if you pile on the toppings!
