A package of country style ribs rubbed with Weber Sweet ‘N Tangy BBQ rub, sliced onions, chopped garlic, green pepper rings, s&p, and a can of stewed tomatoes with onion, celery and peppers in it. All layered in a roasting pan and into a 325F oven for about 3 1/2 hours til meat is tender and falls off the bones.
Sounds like something to eat over rice? Not here, didn’t have any, but I did have a bag of Kluski noodles. Boil em up, add some olive oil, salt and fresh parsley.
