Doin’ the Wave

I ate supper rather late last night and wasn’t terribly hungry, but scrambled eggs sounded nice and warm. Not wanting to have to get out a frying pan and the spatula and the Pam and a bowl and a fork and wait for the stove to heat up and stand there stirring and watching, I opted for the microwave. All I needed was a coffee cup and a fork. It worked wonderful! It was more work to make a piece of toast than it was to make the egg, also there was virtually no clean up…just throw the cup in the dishwasher.

You’ll need:

1 egg

1Tbsp (or a splash of milk)

butter

s&p

Rub some butter around the inside of your coffee cup, crack the egg into it. Add a splash of milk and stir it up to break the yolk. Put in the microwave and cook for 40-45 seconds on High.

Speaking of eggs, we’ve been eating quite a few of them lately. Steve’s hooked on bulls-eye eggs.
