Who Needs the Dough?

Not me and neither do you! No one kneads the dough with this simple bread recipe. No special ingredients, techniques or equipment. A heavy covered pot that can withstand a 475° temperature with a lid that does not have any handles to melt, is all the equipment you need. This produces a rustic looking loaf with a hard crunchy crust and an airy, holey interior.
