Mardi Gras ( February 5, 2008) is right around the corner and now is the time to get your olive salad ready for that big Muffaletta sandwich you are going to eat. I’m not certain how “authentic” my version is, but it includes all the tastes that I like. It’s also speedy and less expensive than the traditional recipes. Use it on your muffaletta of course, and also tastes good on hot dogs and other meats.
