A most satisfying blending of cheese and coffee, much like a cheesecake or pudding.
I tweaked the recipe a little and added a few of my own touches (in red). This is a very rich dessert, but also very wonderful. The recipe is in the recipe box but when I made it, I only made a half of the recipe because I knew I’d be the only one in the house that would eat it.
