Yeah, Yeah..I know it’s really Friday and I’ve been kind of busy lately. This post really covers two items that probably belong in KIT’S TEST KITCHEN. The first is Sandy’s review of a new snacking sensation and the second is my approval of the “Laughing Cow” cheese wedges. They are just perfect for the new cracker and are a creamy, smooth treat for one. They come in a wheel of 8 single serving wedges…who measures cheese?!

i have been meaning to try the LC cheese wedges. They are all over the TV today. Those crackers are on sale at Publix. Delightfully understated Lenton snacking<3
