I stirred up this imitation seafood salad to take my mind off the Girl Scout cookies that haven’t arrived yet! I shall gorge on it patiently waiting…waiting…waiting…

All of the ingredients are pretty much eyeballed and to taste:
Imitation crab meat
2 green onions, finely chopped
celery with a leafy top, finely chopped
8-10 black olives, finely chopped
lemon peel or a squeeze of lemon juice
1/4 tsp dill
about 1/2 cup mayo, thinned with a squirt of Hidden Vally Ranch Dressing
Mix it all together and chill well.
