cornTWO CORN CASSEROLE just recently resurfaced at our house.

It’s one of those dishes that I have made over and over again, and then pushed back into the far recesses of my mind.   A great side dish for ribs or ham, at least that’s what I’ve served it along side in the last 2 weeks.  During this month of “LOVE”, let’s not forget how much we all LOVE this dish.  Doesn’t that  sound corny?

    If Jeff cooked BBQ and Matt brewed beer and Kit made corn casserole and all at the same time, same place, that would be something to go to Omaha for … just saying.
