4 ripe avocados
1 freshly squeezed lemon
8 dashes Tabasco
chopped red onion
1-2 garlic cloves minced
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
kosher salt and pepper to taste
1 med tomato, seeded and small diced.
Cut avacodos and remove pits. Scoop out the meat and immediately douse with some lemon juice to prevent browning. Add the rest of the ingredients except the tomatoes, and run two sharp knives through the mixture to combine for a chunkier guacamole. Add the tomatoes just before serving.
