IRISH STEW

Layer everything in a crock pot or Schlemmertopf in the order listed:

1 1/2 pounds cubed stew meat ( Add meat to a ziploc bag with 1/3 cup flour, salt and pepper. Shake to coat)

1 large onion, cut in chunks

1 bag baby carrots

1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary

3 bay leaves

1 stalk celery, chopped

Sprinkle over a layer of Wyler’s Beef Granules

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1 14.9 oz can Guiness Draught mixed with 2 Tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp dried thyme

small potatoes, quartered..I used small yellow potatoes and add as many as you like

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Cover and cook in crock pot on low 6-8 hours, or bake in Schlemmertopf in the oven.
