An excellent rub for ribs, pork roast, whole chicken or salmon. Give extra kick to baked beans. I used it on 4 extra chubby pork chops. I sprinkled it liberally on both sides and rubbed it into the meat. I then covered the chops and put them back in the fridge and by dinner time they had developed a lovely crust. Cooked on the grill and they had the taste of BBQ sauce without all the flare-ups. I also love how the lid looks like a black top to a Weber grill.
